Scope: One pass copy/technical edit only (no developmental restructure, no new citations, no data checks).

Word count: Main text only counts toward 12,000; references/tables/appendices are excluded from the cap.

References: APA 7th applied to in-text + reference list (up to 100 entries). Extra refs billed at $50 per additional 50.

Turnaround: 7 business days from receipt of payment and final files.

Files: Provide a single .docx file with all text; figures/tables as embedded or separate .docx/.xls if needed.

Revisions: Includes one round of clarification Q&A via email within 7 days of delivery; no second editing pass included.

Overage: $100 per extra 1,000 words, rounded up. 

Rush: +30% fee if needed and if calendar allows.

Scheduling: Pre- and post-consults must be scheduled and completed within 14 days before/after delivery.

Payment & refunds: Paid in full at booking. Non-refundable. One reschedule permitted within 30 days.

Credit: $250 upgrade credit if you book Momentum, Legacy, or VIP Weekend within 14 days of delivery.
